Motilli is a daily celery juice gummy formulated to support digestive comfort, motility, and gut health — designed especially for people on GLP-1 medications who struggle with constipation, bloating, and sulfur burps.
Who is Motilli for?
Motilli is formulated for adults dealing with GLP-1-related digestive issues or general slow motility. It is not intended for children, pregnant or nursing women, or anyone under the care of a physician for gastrointestinal conditions — please check with your doctor before starting.
How do I take Motilli?
Take 2 gummies daily, ideally in the morning. Most customers report noticeable changes in regularity and bloating within 7–14 days, with full effects building over 4–6 weeks.
Where is Motilli made?
Motilli is manufactured in the United States in an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facility. Every batch is third-party tested for purity and potency.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 5–7 business days after processing. Free shipping on US orders over $45.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. You can also track at /pages/track-your-order.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email support@trymotilli.co as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it. Once an order has shipped, you can return it under our 30-day return policy.
Subscriptions
How does the subscription work?
When you choose the subscribe option at checkout, you'll receive Motilli automatically on the schedule you select (typically every 30 days). Free shipping on US subscription orders over $45, and you can cancel anytime with no fees.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Three ways, all one click:
- Log into your account and click "Cancel Subscription"
- Click the "Manage Subscription" link in any email we send you
- Email support@trymotilli.co — we'll cancel within one business day
You'll never be charged after cancelling.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Yes — log into your account and you can pause for up to 90 days or skip a single delivery from the subscription management page.
Will I be reminded before I'm charged again?
Yes. We email you 3 business days before every renewal with the charge amount, date, and one-click links to skip, modify, or cancel.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Email support@trymotilli.co with your order number and reason for return — we'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day. Refunds hit your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us with photos within 7 days. We'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full — no return required.
I was charged for a subscription renewal I didn't want. Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. You can keep any product that already shipped.
Product Questions
Is Motilli safe to take with my GLP-1 medication?
Motilli's ingredients are generally well-tolerated alongside GLP-1 medications, but every body is different. If you're on a GLP-1, take any other prescription medication, or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before starting Motilli.
How long until I see results?
Most customers notice changes in regularity and bloating within 7–14 days. Full benefits build over 4–6 weeks of consistent daily use.
Are there any side effects?
