Motilli Subscription Policy

How Subscriptions Work
When you select a subscription option at checkout, you're enrolling in an automatic recurring delivery program. Here's exactly what that means:
- You'll receive Motilli on the cadence you choose at checkout (typically every 30 days)
- Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on each renewal date at the same price you saw at signup, unless we notify you of a price change in advance
- Shipping is free on every subscription order
- There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time, including before your first renewal, and you will not be charged any fees for cancelling
Renewal Reminders
In compliance with California Automatic Renewal Law and similar regulations, we send you an email reminder 3 business days before each renewal charge. The reminder will include:
- The exact date you'll be charged
- The amount you'll be charged
- A one-click link to skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription
How to Cancel — Click-to-Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in any of three ways, all of which take effect immediately. We will not require you to call, chat, or speak to anyone:
- From your account portal: Log in at your account page, click "Manage Subscription," and click "Cancel Subscription." Confirmation is one click.
- From any subscription email: Click the "Manage Subscription" link in any order confirmation, renewal reminder, or shipment email. You can cancel from there in one click.
- By email: Send a one-line email to support@trymotilli.co from the email address on your account. We will process the cancellation within one business day and send you confirmation. No questions asked, no retention offers required.
We will never charge you after you cancel. If a charge is processed within 24 hours of your cancellation request, we will refund it in full automatically.
Pausing & Skipping
If you'd like to keep your subscription but skip a delivery, you can pause for up to 90 days or skip individual deliveries from your account portal at any time.
Changing Cadence or Quantity
You can change your delivery frequency or quantity from your account portal at any time. Changes take effect on your next renewal.
Price Changes
If we ever change the price of your subscription, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the price change takes effect. You'll have the option to cancel or modify your subscription before the new price applies.
Refunds on Subscription Renewals
If you were charged for a renewal you didn't want — even if you forgot to cancel — contact us at support@trymotilli.co within 30 days of the charge and we'll issue a full refund. You may keep any product that has already shipped.
Failed Payments
If your payment method fails on a renewal, we'll email you with a one-click link to update your payment information. We will retry the charge for 7 days. If we still can't process payment, we'll pause your subscription automatically until you reactivate it.
